    Sometimes the days and years are so difficult and draining, we feel depleted of our stamina and disconnected from what we love. I will join you on your journey. One delicate step at a time, we will carefully consider where you are and how you got here, then look around for different choices. I will help you lean into what feels a little better, and then a little better. What power is within you? Change is possible.

  • Breathe.

    Pause. Take a breath and notice – feel the ways you are supported by your body, observe the physical environment around you that is holding your space, each inhalation ever present and nourishing. You are noticing the feeling of connection – what does that feel like? Now breathe a little slower and more deeply. Can you connect with this sensation?

  • Anchor.

    We will work together to get familiar with your own sense of emotional safety. What parts of you feel brave? When do you feel most secure? Within our therapeutic relationship you will gain a felt sense of what it means to be unconditionally respected, trusted, and revered, simply because you exist. Within this safe space your whole being will set anchor. From here, the real work (and magic!) can begin.
